How to become a member?

In order to join the program, just click "Create a store account". Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

What benefits are there for members?

As a member, you can earn points by participating in activities or purchasing goods. These points can not only be exchanged for rewards, but also upgrade your membership level, thereby unlocking more exclusive benefits.

1. Points discount: You can use points to redeem coupons and enter the discount code when placing an order for deduction. Please note that coupons cannot be used at the same time as other promotional activities on the official website (such as discounts, new product discounts, etc.).

2.Member-exclusive discounts: Members often enjoy higher discounts and exclusive discounts than ordinary users, ensuring that you enjoy more benefits when shopping.

3.Level benefits: Your membership level is determined by the accumulated growth value, and members of different levels can enjoy different privileges and benefits. For example, LV3 and LV4 orders can get 1.2X points, LV5 can get 1.5X points, new product free order qualification, non-sale items, etc.

4.Birthday gift: We will send you a birthday gift in the month of your birthday, and the specific gift will vary according to your membership level. In addition,You'll get 1.2X points for orders placed on your birthday!

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab.

  • Complete the membership registration to get 100 LM points

  • By purchasing our set on the FUNWHOLE official website, you can get points $1 = 1 LM point

(excluding taxes and shipping costs).

  • Follow, share, write reviews, subscribe to emails, etc. to get corresponding points
  • Fill out the brand questionnaire and participate in social media UGC activities to get points

  • Fill in birthday information send on birthday. Order on your birthday to get 1.2 times the points

  • Earn points by upgrading your membership level

How can I spend my points?

Log in to your member account. Click "ways to redeem" to redeem your points for coupons, flower trucks, mini figures, etc. When you don't have enough points, you can't redeem. Click "earn points" to continue to earn more points

More points redemption gifts will be continuously updated, so stay tuned.

When will my Points post to my account?

Points earned by placing orders and subscribing to emails will be updated to your account within 24 hours.

  1. Points earned by sharing, forwarding, submitting comments and other reward behaviors will be updated to your account within 48 hours
  2. Birthday gift cards will be sent to you on your birthday

Note: Please make sure to place orders using the email associated with your membership account, otherwise the points will not be automatically recorded. It is recommended to always place orders using the registered email address to ensure points accumulation.

Can the coupons I redeem with points be combined with other discounts?

Coupons redeemed for points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. You need to choose to use a coupon or discount code at checkout, and the two cannot be combined.

I have posted a review, but why didn't I receive points?

👀1️⃣If you posted a review through the "reviews" icon on the LUMIBRICKS homepage, the system will automatically add 20 points to your account.

👀2️⃣ If you posted a review on a specific product page, we need you to provide a screenshot of the review and contact Lucas so that he can manually add points for you.

How long does it take for the coupon to expire after redemption?

The coupon is valid for 60 days. It will expire if not used within this period.

How do I check my points balance?

Click Rewards Program to view your points earned, used, and remaining.

When do my points expire?

LM Points are valid for 365 days from the date of their acquisition. Points that are not used after the expiration date will automatically expire. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before the expiration of your points.

What happens to my points if I return or refund an order?

In the case of a full refund, redeemed points will be returned to your account and the points earned for that purchase will be deducted.
Different rules apply to partially refunded orders.

After points are redeemed for coupons or products, can the redemption be canceled and the points exchanged back?

Sorry, once points have been redeemed for a coupon or product, the redemption cannot be reversed and the points cannot be exchanged back. We recommend that you consider carefully before redeeming to ensure that the voucher or product you redeemed is what you need.

I used different email addresses to place orders, can the points be combined?

Can I accumulate points from my previous orders?

Member points can only be accumulated for orders placed on the LUMIBRICKS official website within the past 3 months (July 15 - October 15).

Violation handling

Membership Level FAQ

How do I check my membership level?

Register as a LM member, automatically get LV1 Luminary Apprentice membership level.As you earn more points, the growth value will be higher, and you can unlock the next membership level.

What situations do not count towards tier calculations?

Points are calculated based on the total points earned from store activities. The following situations are not counted towards the level calculation:

※Points manually added by customer service(such as accumulated points of historical orders, questionnaires, etc.)
※Points used for discounts.
※Refund discounts.

If a customer receives points for an order, but the order is later refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted, which will affect the customer's VIP level status.

Please note: The conditions for receiving birthday gifts for members of different levels are different:

What is the relationship between points and growth value?

Growth value is the formula for unlocking membership levels. $1=1 LM Point=1 Growth Value.There are 5 VIP membership levels in total, and different membership levels correspond to different growth value ranges.

What are the benefits of different levels?

After registering as a member, general membership benefits include: member-exclusive discounts, 1V1 customer service, birthday gift cards, birthday gifts, etc. Different levels of members can unlock different benefits, and we will continue to improve more member benefits in the future.

How long is the growth value valid for? Will my membership level be maintained?

The level is valid for 365 days from the date of actual level acquisition. If the level is obtained on January 1, 2024, the level can only be recalculated on December 31, 2024.

The growth value based on which the level is calculated at this time is the growth value obtained between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. If the growth value obtained during this period is not enough to maintain the level, it will be downgraded by one level.

The level maintenance condition defaults to the initial growth value of the current level. For example, if you meet the level qualification of LV2 on September 6 of the first year, you will remain in the "LV2" status until September 6 of the second year. However, if you earn less than 401 points in eligible purchases in the second year, you will be downgraded to LV1.

Will my LM membership expire?

Yes. You must log into your LM Membership account and make a purchase within 12 months to maintain an active membership. If a member is inactive for 12 months or more, the membership will expire.
