🧾 Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For non-EU customers, returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and manuals where possible.
- For EU consumers, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- EU consumers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We will not reject a valid EU withdrawal only because the outer packaging has been opened. However, you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.

- If you are an EU consumer, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by using the “Withdraw from contract” button or link on our website or app, where required by applicable law.
- After submitting your withdrawal request online, we will send you an electronic confirmation without undue delay.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Subject to applicable law, the following items may not be returnable:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.Products that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by us.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Digital products or services, where you have agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that you may lose your right of withdrawal.
💸 Refund Process
- Please submit your return request or withdrawal request through our online form, withdrawal button, or by email.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- For approved non-EU returns, refunds will usually be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For EU statutory withdrawals, we will refund the applicable payment no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- For returns due to quality issues, incorrect items, or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.
- For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- For EU statutory withdrawals, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
