FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are Lumibricks bricks compatible with LEGO® bricks?
Our bricks are compatible with standard LEGO® System bricks and other standard interlocking brick systems. Please note that lighting components are designed specifically for Lumibricks sets.
How is the lighting powered?
Almost every set includes a dedicated battery box, though the required battery type varies by set. Depending on the set, AA, AAA, or CR2032 batteries may be required. Please note that batteries are not included.
Some sets can also be powered via a USB-A or USB-C cable connected to a power bank or a household power source.
For the specific power requirements of your set, please refer to the product page or instruction manual.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected warehouse. Check the Shipping Policy and checkout details for more information.
What if a part is missing or a light is damaged?
Submit a replacement request with your set number, the relevant manual page, and a picture identifying the missing or damaged part.
Can I preview the instructions?
Find your set in our online instruction library to preview the instructions.
What age is this set suitable for?
Most of our sets are recommended for ages 16 and up. However, the building experience can vary by set and by person, and younger builders may also enjoy building with parental guidance or on their own, depending on the set and their building experience.
Please note: Small parts may pose a choking hazard to children under 3 years old.
What are the return conditions?
